Really enjoy seeing these. I covered thousands of acres on D-17, WD-40 FarmAll M, 400 and 560, Caterpillar model Twenty-Two, Case 930 and a Twin City.
If I wanted at least 1 first place trophy, I alway brought my D17. The fluid in the rear and high/low helped, but they are impressive tractors. Thanks to my buddy who convinced me to take it along and put it on the trailer.
I have an Allis Chalmers 160. I love her 🙂 Hard to get parts though. Only 2500 made I have been told. We have had to cobb up the hydraulics among other things. I wouldn’t trade her for the world.
