As a farmer, I will never replace my dog with a robot. Not only are my dogs good for herding the sheep, goats, etc. But they are also an integral part of the organic network you need on a farm. The dogs hear the geese when we can’t at night. And they understand their calls. They will know something is wrong before anyone even gets to my property. Also, dogs can be trained for multiple uses, which include swimming, scent detection, and a true sense of sentience (even if it is lower than humans.)
Need a better video that shows the bot actually doing something a typical farmer would recognize as work that needs to be done.
