It’s wonderful to see that you both take the time to maintain your equipment after harvest. At our farm my wife thinks the season is over as soon as harvest ends and I should have the entire winter time to do that service stuff. She doesn’t care much about the dirty work. More than once some of the equipment are still unserviced when planting season starts. There will always be something more urgent unless you do that stuff immediately!
What a pleasant surprise to see your latest post on a Sunday afternoon. I so look forward to all of your posts where I get to see two other midwestern farmers doing very familiar things. You two are the best; and you remind me of farming with my late wife one state to the southeast of you in Missouri.
