I think the guy in blue did a great job shaving the sheep. No blood was drawn. I’ve seen countless others sheep shearing and there were always nicks and cuts. But this dude did well with zero cuts.
Hey guys, though the sheep handlers seem to be rough and “mean” with the sheep. They are actually trying to be as thorough and swift as possible in a way that the sheep aren’t harmed and they can get through the rest of the flock in a timely manner. Sheep are squeamish, so holding them down or keeping them still is what’s best for a good job. Plus, sheep love being sheered. Imagine holding weights that only get heavier as you go about, then suddenly taken off your hands.
