I was an auto mechanic for years and the shops I worked in used waste oil furnaces for heat. We had a steady supply of waste oil from customers vehicles and we did not have to pay for removal and the responsibility if the removal company had an accident and spilled the oil. Also the used oil furnace will also use regular fuel oil.
It’s refreshing to see a 16 year old work like a man, and be a valuable member of your team. Reminds me of kids back in my day. Young men like Blake give me hope….if only we had more of them!
